Amenities at Waterville Estates
Bluebird Lodge is located in the mountain community of Waterville Estates. As a member of this community, a rental with us provides access to all of the amenities for community members. While you are with us, you have access to a number of indoor and outdoor pools, community centers, community restaurants, ski mountain and more.
Please review all of the information below in order to ensure smooth access to community facilities.
General Rules
- All guest must abide by the Code of Conduct - found HERE!
- Guest must observe community quiet hours from 10:00PM - 8:00AM
- No parking on public roads or community spaces
Gaining Access to the Community Amenities
Guest Pass for Community Center
We provide on guest pass for our visitors. You may use this pass for free admittance of one person and a discounted daily pass for all other guests.
Campton Mountain Ski Area
Pending weather and snow conditions, the Ski Area is open for skiing & riding from late December through March. More information available HERE!
